A memorable weekend for Green Power who achieved victory and a total of three podiums with the new partner team MT HELMETS MSI and a fourth with Maverick Viñales in Saturday’s Sprint Race.
The performance of our riders in Moto2 was excellent, giving us a 1-2 on the podium thanks to a Sergio García who was in form already on Friday and an Ogura who was the protagonist of a crazy comeback from 17th starting position.
It’s a shame for the CIP Green Power team, with Riccardo Rossi in contention for the victory, but unfortunately the blameless victim of an accident that ended his race prematurely.

“It was a bit of a difficult race because I couldn’t find much rhythm and it cost me a lot. It was similar to Jerez. Now we have to change our mentality and continue working for the team’s “home” match.”
